WB’s Coffee House is home to the Sligo Oyster Experience which was established in 2018 by Aisling Kelly Hunter.
In 2020 Aisling expanded and created Oyster Farm Tours as part of the experience, offering people a chance to gain exclusive access to a working oyster farm to learn about the process of oyster farming while also enjoying an oyster tasting while taking in gorgeous scenes around you. As part of the Sligo Oyster Experience you can visit the café and taste the freshest oysters straight from our farm. A central location for dining in Sligo town!
WB’s Coffee House
WB’s Coffee House is located on Stephen Street in Sligo Town. The coffee house opened its doors in 2014 and has been home to the Sligo Oyster Experience since 2018.
